Home is the first page you see after signing in. It greets you by name and answers one question: what needs me today, across every project I am on? It has two tabs, My work and Portfolio.
What it is for
- Seeing your overdue and upcoming work in one list instead of opening each project.
- Deciding approvals and signing documents that wait on you.
- Keeping an eye on the risks and issues you own.
- Reviewing proposals the agents left for you.
The five sections of My work
- Overdue: actions and plan tasks assigned to you whose date has passed.
- Due this week: the same, due between today and Sunday. Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
- Waiting on me: decisions, change requests and quality gates waiting for your decision, and documents waiting for your signature. See The approvals inbox.
- My risks and issues: open risks you own and open issues assigned to you. Risks with no mitigation come first, marked "Add a mitigation".
- Agent proposals: reminders, project checks and reports to review that an agent left for you. See Agents propose, you approve.
Each row shows its title, a module tag (such as Actions, Plan or Risks), its reference, its project and a chip such as "3 days overdue", "Due Friday" or "Waiting 2 days". Select the title to open that module in the project.
How to work through your list
- Narrow it down
Use Project to show one project, or keep All projects.
- Choose the order
Use Sort by: Due date (deadlines first, soonest first) or Project (by project name, then date).
- Collapse what you have dealt with
Select a section heading to fold it away. The count stays visible.
- See everything
Each section shows up to 8 rows. Select Show all to see the rest.
- Hear it instead
Select Listen at the top to have the day read aloud. See Listen to your day.
What else is on Home
- Your projects (or Your clients) sits under My work: every company with its project cards. Switch between Grid and List. See The Projects page and project cards.
- New company (or New client) at the top adds a company.
- The Portfolio tab shows the portfolio overview. See Portfolio overview.
- A new workspace shows "Let's set up your workspace" with four steps instead. See Create your account and company.
Good to know
- An item counts as yours when its owner or assignee field holds your email address or your name, as written on your profile or on the project team. Case and extra spaces are ignored. If something of yours is missing, check how your name is spelled in that field.
- Completed and cancelled actions, and completed tasks, never show.
- People who see every programme of a company with two or more programmes (the owner, admins and executive sponsors) land on the Portfolio tab first. Everyone else lands on My work.
- If every role you hold is Executive sponsor, Home shows approvals only, under a Portfolio status strip with programmes by RAG, the budget and the next go-lives.
- RAG is a project's health: On track (green), At risk (amber) or Off track (red).
Who can do this
Everyone. What you see depends on the projects you belong to and the records assigned to you.
